The book costs RM 70.
Can you send it to outside Malaysia?
If you are willing to pay the postage, I'm willing to send it for you but it is quite expensive.

RECIPE - Lempeng Pisang
I tried using thermomix to make myself one of my favourites. No more mashing the bananas by hand. Saves up a lot time :)

Different types of banana may produce varying results. Put in the flour bit by bit until the batter does not drip too much

Ingredients:
- 1.3 kg banana
- 30 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 330-340 g plain flour
- Insert banana into TM bowl. 30s / Speed 7
- Insert remaining ingredients. Put flour bit by bit to ensure the batter is not too thick. Est. 1-2 min / Speed 5
- Heat up flat pan and scoop batter and drop in pan to cook. Try to make it as round as possible.
