Ingredients:
- 100g Chicken fillet
- 1 medium sized carrot
- 60 g mushroom Enoki
- 2 medium sized tomato
- 75g cauliflower
- 75g broccoli
- 15g garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
- 5 Chinese cabbage leaves
- 150g capsicum (pepper) red, yellow and green (50g each)
- Cut the chicken fillet, garlic and tomatoes. Fill the TM Bowl with 200g of water. Heat with 7 minutes / VAROMA / speed 2.
- Insert oil, vegetables followed by salt and sugar according to taste. Cook with 3 minutes / VAROMA / speed 2.
- Ready for serving.
