RECIPE - Spumone Al Caffe (Ice Coffee)
Ingredients:
- 100g sugar
- 1/2 MC Instant coffe (Nescafe Gold Blend recommended)
- 400g Ice Cubes
- 100g Milk
- Place sugar and the coffee into TM bowl and pulverise for 20 sec/ speed 9.
- Add the ice and the milk. Grind for 5 minutes/ speed 6-7.
- Pour into tall glasses and serve with a straw.
Frappacino: add extra milk (quantity to your liking) and mix for few seconds.
